The rise of Spring King, the UK’s new spearheads of garage rock, has been meteoric to say the least.
And now the band have captured just how intense that escalation of fame and attention has been with their brilliant new video for latest banger ‘Rectifier’.
Featuring a series of shots that rotate around drummer/vocalist/head honcho Tarek Musa, the video is essentially a mini biopic covering the band’s entire evolution in four minutes – from Musa bashing on his crappy drum kit in his basement and writing the song’s bare bones; through to jamming the idea out with his mates; recording bedroom demos; hitting the studio to make a record; and then finally unleashing the song’s brutal force onto heaving crowds.
